Services With A Money Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our shared hosting plans, you have 45 days to get a full refund.
As is the case with our shared hosting packages, you have 45 days to get a full refund. Please note, if you opted for a free WHMCS license, a WHMCS fee will be taken from the refund amount. If a refund is requested within 30 days, a $10 fee will be taken. If a refund is requested between 30 and 45 days, a $20 fee will be taken.
We offer a 48 hour money back guarantee on our virtual private servers. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any longer than this due to past abuse.
Services Without Money Back Guarantee
Some of our services have an incredibly close profit margin, and are not refundable to us. As such, we do not offer a money back guarantee on any of the following items:
- WHMCS Licenses
- Domain Names
- SSL Certificates
- Managed WHMCS Servers
- Migration Fees
- Managed cPanel Servers
How To Request A Refund
First, you will have to log into the client area. Click the “Services” link, and navigate to the service you wish to cancel. Click the “Request Cancellation” link, and choose “Immediate”. This will initiate the cancellation for your service.
Next, you will need to request a refund. Send an email to email@example.com stating that you wish to be refunded for your service. This will create a ticket with our billing department.
Our billing department (which is open from 10AM to 6PM EST) will verify that your service is eligible for a refund. If so, your refund will be issued within 24 hours. If not, you will receive an email explaining why you are not being refunded.
