All cPanel hosting accounts (shared and reseller) and Virtual Private Servers are automatically activated within a few minutes of paying your first invoice. However, there are some conditions that may prevent your service from being automatically deployed. Custom and managed services, such as WHMCS VPS, cPanel VPS, and Mail Services can take up to 24 hours.
Payment Not Received
If your account is not activated, check to make sure that your payment was received. It can sometimes take a few minutes for payments to post to our billing software, depending on which payment method was used.
Additional Verification Required
Some orders will be automatically marked as suspicious by our billing software. This can be caused by a number of reasons. If this is the case, your new service might stay as pending until such a time that it is manually verified by our sales and billing department. Sales and billing is open daily from 9AM to 5PM.
Invalid Info Used On Order
For deployments to work, all entered information must be correct. There are some fields that require a specific entry. For example, hostnames can’t have special characters in them, and passwords must be 8 characters. Our order forms typically do a great job of picking up invalid input and warning the customer, however there may be times when an invalid entry slips through the input validation. This will cause automatic deployment to fail. However, our 24\7\365 support team will be notified immediately, and will fix the issues preventing the server from being deployed.
A Temporary Glitch
Let’s face it- sometimes random glitches happen which can prevent services from being activated. Sometimes deployment servers can be overloaded, sometimes a network issue will prevent the billing software from communicating with the server that your service is being deployed onto. Regardless of what the issue is, any glitch preventing a successful deployment will be immediately brought to our support team’s attention. They will act quickly to get your service activated!
